NO REFUND POLICY

In an event of customer not satisfied with our product, Gardenology neither accepts any return of the product nor issues any refund. All your orders are entitled for 5 DAYS FREE REPLACEMENT only in case of an evident manufacturing defects. 

 

WARRANTY TERMS

Unless specified otherwise in product or invoice, your product is covered with 12 Months Warranty to be availed at our nearest service center. It is customer’s responsibility to take the product to the service center on customer’s own cost. Warranty does not include any physical damage or damaged mesh, foam or fabric.

 

IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME

If your order doesn’t arrive within the particular delivery timeframe please let us know. On event, orders may become lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than you. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located, please contact us.

As a standard practice, our carriers will make up to two attempts to deliver the order after which it will be returned to our warehouse. Gardenology reserves the right to not accept COD orders.

 

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED

DO NOT take delivery of a product that has been damaged and inform this to Customer service immediately so that we can ship out a replacement.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING

On event, we may experience an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email/whatsapp by Gardenology team. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will notify you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.

 

 

Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is Self Shipping through Road transport. You may expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

 

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES/SALE IN INDIA ONLY

Unless otherwise specified, the products displayed on gardenology.in are solely for use in India. Those who wish to access this site from other location/country other than India, do so on their own initiative and Gardenology is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/countries other than India, or compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local law are applicable.

 

COMMUNICATION

By usage of this platform or by sending emails, data or any communication to us, you agree and are aware that you are communicating with us through electronic medium, and thereby consent to receive communications via electronic medium from us periodically or as and when required. We may communicate with you by email/whatsapp or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF ORDER

Gardenology reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where Gardenology is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Gardenology Retail policy, or for any other reason. For Gardenology driven cancellation, a full refund will be provided to customer. 

 

TAKING DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

 

Inspect your order do not accept an order if product is damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately.
